The UF27B-LPD2 Steelheart Series Undercounter single section low profile freezer with stainless drawers is a space saving workhorse. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions. With a net capacity of 6.21 cubic feet this efficient undercounter low profile freezer and front air flow design is perfect for hot/tight kitchens. The UF27B-LPD2 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from accidental damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean.
The UF27B-LPD2 also includes Drawers capacity: Top: (1) 12″ x 20″ full size pan and (2) 1/4 size pans. Bottom: (1) full size pan (pans by others), (4) 2.25″ stem casters (2 with brakes) are standard, plus the drawer slides are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. Electrical consumption of 2.4 kWh/day at 3 Amps, 10 ft long cord with a 5 – 15P NEMA plug. Optional kits: 4″ or 6″ casters, Overshelves (single or double), Stainless steel back, Drawer divider bars (vertical or horizontal), Drawer liner (upper or lower).
